Chef/Colleague​​

​

Kitchen staff are the heart of DeliverEats, coordinating with the team manager and delivery drivers to ensure prep, cook and manage incoming orders.

​

​

What You'll Be Doing

​

  • Developing and refining SOPs to enable smooth day-to-day operations and onboarding of new team members.

  • Menu development and performance tracking of brands

  • Receiving ingredient/stock deliveries

  • Food preparation and cooking

  • Social media content creation

  • General cleaning and equipment maintenance 

  • Leaflet distribution

  • Pop-ups and events

  • Managing and packing incoming orders for delivery (you will be expected to assist with this during busy periods)

As part of your role, you will also be expected to open/close the kitchen at the beginning/end of each shift advertise the business and deliver excellent customer service. This is a hands-on, part-time position which requires flexibility and commitment.

Essential: 

 

  • Experience in a high-volume catering or bar environment 

  • Demonstrable knowledge of and experience preparing, various cuisines 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service skills 

  • Willing to learn new skills and ways of working 

  • Passionate about food and people 

  • Flexible working hours 

  • Discretionary 

  • Hard-working 

 

 

Preferable: 

 

  • Full driving/Motorcycle/moped license

Delivery Driver

​

The most crucial link in the food delivery experience, delivery drivers are the human touchpoint between the company and customers. You'll delivery smart, safe and fast to ensure customers get the best delivery experience possible.

​

What You'll Be Doing

​

  • Customer Interaction & Brand Representation​

  • Route planning and delivery of orders.

  • Leaflet distribution

  • Real-Time Feedback Collection

  • Route Optimization & Traffic Intelligence

  • Customer Interaction & Brand Representation

  • Managing, packing and delivering orders (you will be expected to assist with management and packing during busy periods)

 

As part of your role, we expect you and your team to advertise the business and deliver a fast, consistent and exceptional standard of customer service. This is a hands-on, part-time position which requires flexibility and commitment. 

 

 
Essential: 

 

  • Full driving license 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service skills 

  • Willing to learn new skills and ways of working 

  • Passionate about food and people 

  • Flexible working hours 

  • Discretionary 

  • Hard-working 

 

 

Preferable: 

 

  • Motorcycle/moped license

  • Experience in a fast-paced/high-volume environment

Since some the locations we operate in can be fast-paced and demanding, all our staff are expected to complete a probationary period of 12 weeks, the end of which will result in their attainment of Level 3 in Food Safety and Hygiene. We are looking for people who can commit to working from now until September 2026.
